Spyderco Native 5 Fluted Carbon Fiber C41CFFP5, 2.95″ CPM S90V Plain Blade

The definig feature of this Native 5 is its fluted carbon fiber handle. Meticulously machined from solid carbon fiber, its scales offer a stunningly beautiful appearance as well as a subtile non-slip texture. They are fitted with four sets of threaded stainless steel inserts to allow attachment of a four-position pocket clip that supports left or right-side tip-up or tip-down carry. Together with the knife’s high strength back lock mechanism and the blade’s fully accessible trademark Round Hole, the versatile clip makes all aspects of the knife’s carry and one-handed operation completely ambidextrous.

Not to be outdone, the blade of this Native 5 is also unique in that it is crafted from premium CPM S90V Stainless steel. This advanced particle metallurgy steel is enriched with high vanadium content that favors the formation of hard vanadium carbides instead of chromium carbides.
