Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging, including all boxes, papers, and documentation.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and security of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic Knives (Due to their specialized mechanism and legal considerations).
- Assisted Opening Knives (Due to their specialized mechanism).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has been used, sharpened, or altered in any way.
Please choose carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different model, follow the standard return process. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process a new order for the desired product. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Return Shipping Address
Please do not mail returns to our company address. After receiving your RMA number, you will be provided with the correct shipping address for our Returns Department.
