Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging, including all boxes, papers, and documentation.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and security of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic Knives (Due to their specialized mechanism and legal considerations).
- Assisted Opening Knives (Due to their specialized mechanism).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has been used, sharpened, or altered in any way.
Please choose carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timing and Method
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process a new order for the desired product. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
