So after much internal deliberation to figure out what to name this blade, all of them were coming up blank!  So Jake said to himself “Jake, you have awesome customers and fans… let them decide!” So one of their Instagram fans won the contest they put up, and the name of this little baby is the Shepherd.

He think it’s a very fitting name for sure.  Psalm 23, which is engraved on most of their knives, starts out with “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.”  And you’ll want for nothing with this knife!  It will be as at home on your belt in the woods as on your PC — taking on critters of all shapes and sizes.  Everything on this knife was done to make it a solid performer.  The fit in your hand is something you have to feel to appreciate — for lack of a better term, it is incredible!

A 3.25” blade with a 1.5” width makes for lots of stability in the cut.  CPM-20CV blade steel is always a great choice for a small fixed blade — not only for its stainless properties, but for its ability to hold an edge.
